Chanchal Sharma of Gotibari got injured during Unity March at Jaigaon when police fired tear gas

Today Global Unity March was underway at GopiMohan road in Jaigaon gram panchayat 1  when protesters clashed with police as barricades were set and the rally was not allowed to move ahead.

Sources say injured Chanchal has been reffered to Siliguri for further treatment.

Water canons and tear gas shed the crowd away. Some protesters were injured when tear gas shells hit them.
