Darjeeling: A bomb blast took place at Sukhiapokhri last night. An eyewitness says lots of noise of breaking of window panes by stones being pelted in the middle of the night was heard.
Sources say some vehicles glasses were also broken. The incident took place at around 1.30am.
No casualties have been reported so far in the incident. The preliminary findings have indicated that it was an IED blast. Phone cables too have been found cut due to which communication has almost come to a standstill.
